【Main ingredients】Albendazole, Ivermectin

【Characters】This product is white or white-like powder.

【Pharmacological action】 Antiparasitic drug. Albendazole has broad-spectrum repellent activity against nematodes, tapeworms and fluke. The mechanism of its action is to prevent it from polymerizing with &-tubulin to form microtubules by binding with microtubulin in worms, thus affecting cell reproduction processes such as mitosis, protein assembly and energy metabolism in worms.

Ivermectin has good repels and kills in vivo and in vivo parasites, especially arthropods and nematodes. It is mainly used to repels gastrointestinal nematodes, lungworms and ectoparasites in pigs and other animals. Its mechanism is to promote the release of Y-aminobutyric acid GABA by presynaptic neurons, thus opening GABA-directed chloride ion channels. Chloride ion flow can reduce the membrane impedance and cause slight depolarization of postsynaptic membrane rest potential, which interferes with the signal transmission between neuromuscles, paralyzes the worm body, and leads to death or expulsion of the worm body
